Prices for interpreters
ReSartus provides interpreters for your foreign language communication, e.g. for trade fair appearances, conferences, judicial matters or accompanying international delegations.
All the interpreters we use are qualified to provide language mediation services according to your requirements.
Upon request, we can provide you with sworn, certified, accredited interpreters or interpreters specialized in the relevant fields. Of course, we can also provide you with specially trained conference or simultaneous interpreters and interpreting equipment for small and large events upon request.
We are your competent partner when it comes to language!
The hourly and daily rates vary greatly depending on the language combination, qualification, field of expertise and the requirements made on the interpreters. The following reference values are intended to give you some orientation.

Our court interpreters are sworn and state-approved.
- Hourly rate for interpreters: from 85 Euro plus travel expenses and VAT
- Half day rate for interpreters starting from 340 Euro plus travel expenses and VAT
- Full day rate for interpreters starting from 680 Euro plus travel expenses and VAT
For regular demand, government and corporate customers can arrange framework agreements with special terms and conditions.
- Hourly rate for language mediators: from 50 Euro plus travel expenses and VAT
- Half day rate for language mediators starting from 200 Euro plus travel expenses and VAT
- Full day rate for language mediators starting from 400 Euro plus travel expenses and VAT
For regular demand, government and corporate customers can arrange framework agreements with special terms and conditions.
Interpreting at the notary’s office has the particularity that the interpreter must be sworn and the contract to be notarized must be available to the interpreter at the appointment at least in a draft. This leads to a seamless notarization process and saves a lot of time for all parties involved.
Depending on the length of the contract to be notarized and the time scheduled, we charge a half day rate for notary interpreting starting at 450.00 Euros.
This price includes:
- Travel time to and from the notary
- necessary waiting times
- Appointment duration in the notary’s office
- Contract preparation The interpreter has to read the contract before the appointment and prepare it for the interpretation.
A little more than half a day’s rate is made up as follows:
- 1.5 hours travel time to and from the notary
- Expenses, travel costs/distance allowance (vehicle wear and tear and kilometers)
- 2.5 hours for contract preparation
- up to 2.5 hours in the notary’s office
Prices may vary for longer contracts or more work.
Important to note:
- Booking an interpreter for the notary’s office does not automatically include written translation of the contract.
- The interpreter has to be booked at least 2 weeks before the appointment.
- The interpreter needs the draft of the contract at least 1 week before the appointment for preparation purposes.
We offer conference interpreters for all fields of expertise, be it technology, medicine or other scientific topics.
- Hourly rate for conference interpreters: starting from 170 Euro including preparation and plus travel expenses and VAT
- Half day rate for conference interpreters starting from 680 Euro plus travel expenses and VAT
- Full day rate for conference interpreters starting from 1360 Euro plus travel expenses and VAT
We will gladly provide you with an individual offer upon request.
- Monthly provisioning fee per language plus VAT (varies ad hoc or by appointment)
- Prices per minute depending on volume and contract model
- Minimum billing time per call: 15 minutes.
